If you don't... that's awkward, but usually fixable.
We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In the same condition you received it
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on where to send your package.
Please don't send items back before contacting us first. Surprise packages are fun for birthdays, not returns.
Return Shipping
Unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We're a small independent brand, and every order is packed with care. Thank you for understanding.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original purchase. Once your return is approved, simply place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a little longer for the funds to appear in your account.
